Cashback is automatically credited at midnight every day, based on the previous day's net losses. It ranges from 10% at Bronze up to 20% at Diamond. The wagering requirement is just 1x — making it nearly instantly withdrawable.
Platinum and Diamond members get a dedicated account manager. From resolving issues and requesting bonuses to withdrawal assistance — you'll have personal support for everything.
Gold members and above can enter VIP-only tournaments. Fewer participants, bigger prizes. Every month features a premium slots tournament and a Live Casino challenge.
Diamond members' withdrawals are processed in just 15 minutes. Platinum takes 1 hour, Gold takes 2 hours. VIP members receive their funds significantly faster than standard members.
Silver members and above receive a special bonus on their birthday, with the amount increasing by VIP tier. Exclusive surprise offers for VIP members are also available during Eid, Puja, and New Year.
Diamond members receive a fully customized bonus package built around their gaming patterns and preferences. This is 9aaa's highest level of personalized service.
Loyalty programs are common in online gaming in Bangladesh, but most are superficial. 9aaa's VIP program is genuinely different — the benefits at every tier aren't just words on a page, you actually feel them. Regular players who put in time every day get the most out of the VIP system.
The best thing about the 9aaa VIP program is that it's fully automatic. No separate application, no forms to fill out. Just play — points accumulate, your tier rises, and your benefits grow. Tracking is effortless; your account page always shows your current points and exactly how many more you need to reach the next tier.
Many new players ask whether there's a faster way to reach Gold or Platinum. There are actually a few smart strategies. First, reinvest your cashback bonuses into more bets — this speeds up point accumulation significantly.
Second, take advantage of VIP Point Bonus events. 9aaa occasionally runs "Double Points Weekends" where all bets earn twice the points during a set period. Play more during these windows — your tier progression will speed up significantly.
Third, Live Casino games often earn points faster because rounds finish quickly. Games like baccarat or speed roulette let you play more rounds in the same time — meaning more points accumulated.
Reaching Diamond VIP at 9aaa isn't easy — it's for players who are truly dedicated and passionate. But once you get there, the experience is in a completely different league. A personal manager is always by your side, ready to help with anything, at any time.
9aaa builds custom bonus packages for Diamond members tailored to how they actually play. A slots-focused player gets free spins and reload bonuses centered on slots. A Live Casino enthusiast gets Live Casino cashback and high-stake table access. This level of personalization is what sets 9aaa apart from other platforms.
One important thing to know is that VIP tiers need to be maintained. 9aaa reviews points every 3 months. If you haven't earned enough points in that period, your tier may drop by one level. For most regular players, though, this is never an issue.
The easiest way to maintain your points is to reinvest your daily cashback. Bets placed with cashback balance still earn points — so it creates a healthy cycle. The points tracker in the 9aaa app is always visible, so keeping tabs on your progress is effortless.
